Because all our streetwear apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, and raglans featuring custom DTG prints and embroidery) is produced uniquely to order via our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, we do not offer standard returns, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered by mistake, or buyer’s remorse.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a clear error on our part (such as a misprint, a damaged garment, or the wrong item/size delivered compared to your order confirmation), we will gladly arrange a free replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement due to a defect or error, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos showing the issue.
Shipping : Delivery Times & Customs Policy
Since each garment is custom-printed and embroidered specifically for you, please allow a standard production and delivery timeframe of approximately 10 to 15 working days for your order to reach your doorstep.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price for the garment and its journey to your door.
Customs & Import Duties: The Deal
We hate hidden fees as much as you do. When you place an order, our system automatically calculates and pre-pays the standard import taxes to ensure your package sails smoothly through borders in 95% of cases.
However, please note that international shipping legally operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. What does this mean for you? While we handle the standard upfront taxes, local customs authorities (especially following recent legal changes in the US and EU) can sometimes be unpredictable and apply additional, arbitrary processing fees or surcharges once the package reaches your country.
- If your local customs office decides to slap an extra fee on your package, you (the buyer) are responsible for covering it. We have zero control over these random government surcharges.
- If you refuse to pay a local customs fee and the package is abandoned or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund.
We keep our shipping free and pre-pay what we can to give you a bulletproof experience, but please be aware of your own country’s import laws.
